چکیده

Abstract This chapter presents an overview of feminist legal and political thought, aiming at discussing the different perspectives within thought. In first part, basic concepts in thought such as gender, patriarchy, feminism are explained, a brief historical evolution movements is provided. The other two sections focus greater detail on theories, respectively, including critical analysis influence patriarchy mainstream discourses. will further provide description how classical or tradition have been reconsidered from point view, short presentation most important issues stake both these fields.
